We use Dubsado, a client management system that helps us collect information from our contact form and project questionnaire so that we have it readily available to help meet your project needs. Also, often we use Square as our third-party payment system. For email, we use  GSuite. We store client files in DropBox, Google Drive, Google Photos,  and in Keeper Security Vault/ Password Manager®.  Infrequently we use Google Analytics, Wix Analytics, and/or Squarespace Analytics to help track demographics and other information about our site visitors. Finally, we have incorporated UserWay to improve site accessibility. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
 
We may occasionally employ other third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
 
   •    To facilitate our Service;   
   •    To provide the Service on our behalf;   
   •    To perform Service-related activities; or
